This site uses standard analytics and advertising measurement tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) that collect anonymous usage data through cookies; you can limit these through your browser settings. Submitting the form does not create a counselor-client relationship. This site is not for emergencies: if you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.
